If you email us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours either we did not receive your email or Janita is on the road. In all cases, if you do not hear back from us within a week, please resend your email; the internet is a large and mysterious world and emails do get lost. Likewise, be sure to check your spam folder for our reply just in case. If you prefer to call, please leave a message if no one answers.We are often running machinery in the shop and cannot get to the phone in time to answer. We're usually in the shop from 7:30 or 8 a.m. until 5 or 6 p.m. most days, Pacific time.
